Today, BC/DC’s Founder & CEO Randy Brown formally announced:
 

“I am pleased to share that we have succeeded in receiving our IRS certification as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. This is a tremendous benefit in that it allows us to solicit donations with the assurance to our donors that the contributions are, indeed, tax free. 

 

We fully embrace the c3 status and are excited to put our official approval to work towards finding a cure for breast cancer.

Our primary mission is to hold high energy, live rock concert fundraising events, to drive fundraising that enables us to donate 100% of net proceeds to leading breast cancer research foundations which support local communities.  100% of Net Proceeds Benefit the Mills Breast Cancer Institute with the Donation Presented to Carle Health Center for Philanthropy.
