Founder & CEO
Randy is the Chief Commercial Officer for a leading U.S. Commercial-Industrial Door Repair Services Firm and the Founder & President of BC/DC (Breast Cancer – Dollars & Coins) – a 501c3 Not-for-Profit Charity that leverages the power of Classic Rock-n-Roll Music to Drive Donations for Breast Cancer Research. His classmate and longtime friend Kim Schmidt is the brainchild of the BC/DC idea and an 18-year breast cancer survivor herself. As a musician inspired by her idea, Randy enthusiastically turned BC/DC into reality – generating over $10,000 in their first music-themed charity event in 2023.

Kim is the receptionist for a private law firm in Chicago and the Co-Founder & Treasurer of BC/DC. Kim is an 19-year breast cancer survivor herself. We all have loved ones who have somehow directly or indirectly been impacted by this undiscriminating disease. It's an idea she's had in mind for many years - and now we're finally bringing it to fruition as part of our BC/DC 501c3 Not-for-Profit.

Alla is an experienced entertainment executive, devoting her focus to program direction for BC/DC concert events. With more than 15 years of experience in the international TV and music production industry, she leverages her creative talent and network to assist the BC/DC team in producing events that deliver unique audience experiences. Our BC/DC 501c3 Not-for-Profit Organization is fortunate to have her on our team as an Officer to provide advisory on creating events that deliver lasting memories.
